There are two bus stations in Leicester city centre – Haymarket bus station, and St Margaret’s bus station – and both are within walking distance of the venue. Leicester also operates a Park & Ride service.

Located right next to Phoenix. Pay-and-display parking. Enter via Midland Street. Charges apply every day, including Sundays and Bank Holidays. Payment by cash or card. Open 24 hours. Please note there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.1 metres. This car park has 26 spaces. Blue badge holders can park for free.

On-street parking

Important update regarding NCP parking around the cultural quarter. National Car Parks (NCP) has entered into administration and four Leicester NCP sites closed permanently on 26 March 2026 , including Rutland Street car park (next to Curve). East Street car park (next to The Y theatre, has reopened and is now operated by Euro Car Parks.
